Developed in close collaboration with the living legend of tennis, Roger Federer, this black racquet with a very clean retro design offers new visual and tactile sensations thanks to nine layers of paint alternating matte and gloss for a unique result. This is obviously the most demanding racquet of the Pro Staff range. With its weight of 340g, this racquet is a real precision tool for advanced players with a strong arm, a good physical condition and good technical qualities. The slim profile of the frame and its rather small striking surface (97 sq.in.) give this model a lot of control but its rigidity can deliver powerful strokes. Spin Effect Technology speeds up the ball rotation due to a faster snapback of the strings. The 16×19 string pattern also provides a very good capacity to impart ball effects. Finally, the kevlar/graphite composition of the frame reduces vibrations for more comfort.
